  • How does your Coconut Melt differ from other coconut oils?

    This is not your kitchen coconut oil. We searched all over the world and discovered the most premium, high quality oil on the planet for use on both skin and hair. Sustainably sourced from small family farms in the Philippine Islands, our coconut oil is entirely silicone, paraben, and phthalate-free, making it the optimal coconut oil for all things beauty. Like olives grown for olive oil, climate, soil, and region all play a huge role in the end result, but the process is crucial too. We consider every step from picking to packing. Unlike most oil plants, Kopari’s coconut oil is produced in stainless steel facilities so it never interacts with metals that could compromise its chemical composition. We cold press our coconut oil to lock in its essential vitamins, nutrients, and fatty acids, then expedite its travel time to make sure you receive the freshest product possible.  The result? The highest quality coconut oil with the finest aroma, absorption, and texture. The bottom line is we love and nurture our coconuts every step of the way so we can consistently deliver you the most high-end product.   • Will Kopari Beauty products melt or solidify?

    All of our products are made with natural ingredients and are happiest when kept at room temperature. Coconut Balm & Coconut Melt may liquefy in warm temperatures, but don’t worry - change in consistency won’t hurt quality. Prefer your Kopari solid more solid? Pop it in the fridge for a bit! To quickly restore a solidified product like our Coconut Sheer Oil or Coconut Body Glow, please run your Kopari under warm water for one minute or so, then slather on!

  • Is the Coconut Body Glow a self tanner?

    Our Coconut Body Glow is infused with natural pearlescent minerals that give your skin a pretty, shimmery glow, but it is not a self-tanner or tanning oil itself. Instead, it "highlights" whatever area it's applied to! Think: collar bones, cheek bones, and decolletage :)

  • What hair/skin types will benefit most from Kopari products?

    Our products work for all hair and skin types. They are especially good for dry and undernourished skin and hair. For fine hair, use products sparingly or as a deep-conditioning mask before washing your hair.

  • I have acne-prone/oily skin. Can I use Kopari products on my face and bod?

    Contrary to popular belief, adding oil to your skincare routine can actually help to balance your skin and reduce the appearance of acne. Conventional oil-free acne solutions often use harsh drying methods that dehydrate skin. Because of this, the skin increases it's sebum production in an attempt to balance and restore hydration. Your natural oils cannot secrete properly when skin is dehydrated, so dirt and impurities get stuck in pores. Coconut oil effectively penetrates the skin to dissolve hardened sebum, tighten those pesky pores, and keep your skin healthy, balanced, and clean. Please check with your dermatologist before replacing any medications with Kopari products.

  • You want me to put oil on my face? Are you kidding me?

    We get it, the thought of putting oil on your face can be scary. Fact is, coconut oil has more saturated fatty acids than any other oil on the planet. The good fats that help keep skin hydrated, fight acne, balance skin tone and shrink the appearance of pores. The outcome? A Multitasking powerhouse with antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging properties that hydrates to the heavens and lets you put your best face forward.

  • Can I use your products when pregnant?

    Absolutely! We’ve had many soon-to-be mamas use our all natural products on their bellies to help ward off stretch marks during pregnancy. You can even use our Coconut Melt on your little ones to keep their skin baby soft :)

  • Do you offer samples of your products?

    We do not have any samples at this time. However, we offer full refunds within 60 days of purchase if you are at all unhappy with your Kopari.

  • Are your products cruelty free?

    Absolutely! We love animals and would never dream of testing on any of our furry friends.

  • What is the shelf life on your products?

    Our products are always made with the safest ingredients and never compromised with unnatural preservatives. As such, each has a shelf life of approximately 12 months.

  • Where are your products made?

    All of our products are made with love in a sustainable, solar-powered lab in sunny Southern California.

  • How is your coconut oil sustainably sourced?

    All of our coconut oil is sustainably sourced from the Philippines. By sourcing our oil in the Philippines we are proud to say we are part of a movement launched by Cargill, GIZ and BASF in 2013 to improve the livelihoods of Philippine farmers. The project not only improves the livelihoods of the farmers (2,500 and counting), but also introduces the Sustainable Agricultural Network (SAN) standard, which is the basis for certification by the Rainforest Alliance. After participating in agricultural training programs, today over 2,500 small farmers have seen an improvement in their living conditions and region.

Product Ingredients
  • Is Kopari coconut oil refined or unrefined?

    Our Coconut Melt is 100% unrefined, virgin, coconut oil for the coconut purist. To make our Coconut Balm, Coconut Sheer Oil, and Coconut Body Glow, we put this same oil through a natural straining process using activated charcoal to remove some of the heavy metals that are naturally found in soil to better complement the all natural ingredients included in these products.

  • Do your products offer sun protection?

    Kopari products are not tested to have SPF. We strongly recommend wearing sunscreen in conjunction with your Kopari products.

  • Do your products contain fragrance?

    Our Coconut Melt is 100% organic, virgin coconut oil with no additional fragrances at all. Our Coconut Balm, Coconut Sheer Oil, Coconut Face Cream and Coconut Lip Love are infused with natural coconut vanilla extract, while our Coconut Rose Toner and Coconut Cleansing Oil are infused with aromatic rose extract. Our Coconut Body Glow and Coconut Body Oil share their coconut gardenia fragrance, and our Coconut Crush Scrub and Coconut Body Milk share their sweet coconut milk fragrance. All of our products are tested to be hypoallergenic and are formulated to be phthalate-free.

  • Are your products gluten free? Do your products contain any nut oils?

    Our products are always gluten free and never contain nut oils. However, customers with allergies should review our ingredient decks with their healthcare provider prior to purchasing our products. To view a product’s ingredient deck, find that particular product on the "Shop" page, then scroll down until you see "Full Ingredient List" on the right-hand side.

  • Do your products contain silicones, sulfates, parabens, phthalates, etc?

    We don’t formulate our products with any of the bad stuff. We say sayonara to silicones and sulfates - those suck! While we do not put any of these ingredients in our own products, they are manufactured in a facility where these ingredients may be used.

  • Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

    We can only allow one discount code per order.

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and then again once your package has shipped.   • Are Kopari orders one-time purchases?

    Yes, all of your orders at Kopari are one time purchases. We will not send you any product that you haven’t ordered yourself!

Shipping & Billing
  • Where does Kopari ship to?

    The United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

  • What shipping methods are available?

    For orders shipping within the United States, we have two shipping options:
    Standard (3-8 business days): $5.00
    Expedited (2-3 business days): $9.00
     
    If your order exceeds $50.00, shipping is on us!
     
    For international orders to UK, Canada & Australia, only standard international shipping is available at this time. Standard shipping rates depend on country, but free shipping is still applied to orders exceeding $50.00.

  • How soon after I place an order will my product ship?

    Each order is packed with love, so please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed prior to 1:00 PM EST will begin processing same day, while orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM EST through Sunday will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information the day your order ships.

  • How can I edit my shipping address?

    If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please call us at 619-359-2799 as soon as possible so we can update your address accordingly.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will not be charged until after your order has been processed.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Returns & Exchanges
  • Can I return my products?

    Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your Kopari order, you can return your product for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.  To begin the return process, please head to koparibeauty.com/returns and follow the prompts.

  • How soon will I get my refund?

    We will issue your refund within one business day of receiving your returned product back in our warehouse and will follow with a confirmation email after this has been done. The refunded amount should be available on your card within 7-10 business days.

  • What items are non-refundable?

    Any items that are marked as final sale as well as any free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

  • Does Kopari cover the cost of shipping for returns?

    Yes. When returning your item(s) we will issue you with a pre-paid return label. Simply print it out and send your product back.

  • What if my product is damaged?

    If your product is defective or damaged we are more than happy to replace it with the same item. Please just send us an email at aloha@koparibeauty.com.

  • What is the Kopari Clique?

    The Kopari Clique is Kopari’s free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your product purchases, social shares and customer referrals and then redeem rewards

  • How do I join the Kopari Clique?

    If you already have an account with our store, you’re already a member and can login using your account credentials. If you do not have an account, simply go to our Kopari Clique page and select “Join The Clique”  fill out all of your information and select “Register.”

  • How do I earn Kopari Clique Points?

    There are many ways to earn points! The first is by simply signing up and joining our clique, after that points can be earned by purchasing products, sharing Kopari on Facebook and Twitter, liking us on Facebook and Twitter, following us on Instagram, and referring friends. And bonus, Kopari gives birthday points too!

  • Can I earn Kopari Clique Points if I purchase in retail stores or other sites that carry Kopari?

    At this time you can only redeem points when purchasing from KopariBeauty.com

  • Can I combine my points from multiple accounts into a single account?

    Yes! If you have more than one Kopari Clique account, please email the account(s) information to aloha@koparibeauty.com or call our office at 619-359-2799 so we can combine your accounts.

  • How can I check my Kopari Clique points balance?

    You can check your points by clicking on the “Spend Points” button on the Kopari Clique page once you are logged in. Your points balance will also be emailed to you when you earn and spend points.

  • What happens to my points when I return items?

    When items are refunded, your points balance will be deducted from the amount.

  • How do I spend my points?

    Once you have enough points, log into your Kopari Clique account, go to the Kopari Clique page and click the “Spend Points” button. Select the level that is available, and a code will be automatically generated for you and sent to your email to use the next time you purchase. Enter the code in the Discount field in the checkout process to save!

  • I can’t log into my account.

    First test clicking the “Forgot password” link on the login screen. This will reset your password and send you a link to the email you’re registered with. If this does not work, please email customer service at aloha@koparibeauty.com or call customer service at 619.359.2799.

  • I’ve already performed an action that you reward with points (such as: liked you on Facebook / Twitter, shared you on Facebook / Twitter, or followed you on Instagram), but my points aren’t showing up?

    You must like / share / follow us via the modal on the Kopari Clique page in order for the program to automatically track your points. Please email rewards@koparibeauty.com with a screenshot of your action and we will make sure you get the credit!
